Through hands-on learning, I gained extensive knowledge and expertise in the banking, lending, and related services domain. As a Product Manager, I led a cross-functional team of banking and credit professionals, engineers, QA testers, and UI/UX designers to add new features and modules, resulting in a 25% increase in three key efficiency measures between 2021 and 2022.
Oversaw product development procedures, supported the product development team and provided insights on product quality.
Collaborated with other product managers and designers to ensure the cohesiveness of the overall customer experience.
To enhance user experience, I implemented various measures such as collecting user feedback, synthesizing solutions, and iterating more frequently to meet customer needs. I improved the Loan, Investments, Deposits, Finance, and Workflow Modules by creating Quick Start Guides to aid user onboarding.
I facilitated onboarding programs and product demonstration sessions in collaboration with the Sales and Marketing teams to showcase product value and direction to potential users. I also integrated multiple payment processors, credit registries, bulk SMS platforms, and identity verification platforms to streamline the user experience.
To stay ahead of the curve in the digital credit space, I regularly assessed and interacted with the industry to keep up with changes and developments, with a focus on gaining market share and driving revenue growth.
As a Product Manager, I created user stories, led strategy sessions, and organized sprints, daily standups, sprint retrospectives, and product demos. Additionally, I reduced customer support emails by 60% by creating informative copy for the knowledge base and worked with developers to produce documentation on functional specifications to help subscribers use Restful APIs and integrate context-sensitive help.
I also managed new user onboarding, guiding organizations through the onboarding and post-onboarding cycles. Further, I provided recommendations and created content for various pages of the company's website, from landing pages to product pages, privacy polices, and terms of use pages.
Lastly, I performed customer surveys, interviews, and meetings to solicit feedback and gain insights into product use habits. Additionally, I developed flowcharts and user stories to build a Workflow feature from scratch.
