This includes modernizing the main cloud-based practice management software in Nigeria and developing another mobile-based one. • Successfully planned, ideated, executed, and launched two iterations of an online store for legaltech software and research enablers, including textbooks and journals. This led to over 6,000 lifetime shoppers and millions in transaction revenue.

• Launched three payment platforms in two years, resulting in a 22% revenue increase. By transitioning product purchases online, reduced in-person marketing-prospect interactions by 70% and significantly reduced incidents of fraud, saving the company a projected ₦2 million.

• Improved UX measures by 25% by actively collecting user feedback, synthesizing solutions, and iterating more frequently to meet customer needs. 

• Led the product development process (research, design, and development) of the online store by conducting extensive market research, generating user stories, defining MVPs, and gathering feature ideas from users and stakeholders.

• Collaborated with other product managers, graphic designers, and digital marketers to create compelling content for product marketing and social media campaigns.

• Utilized a background in law firm management to innovate features and modernize a practice management software, adding Reporting, Contract Management, Feedback and Drive, Docs, and Calendar integration features.

• Conducted user, market, and competitive research to inform product strategy and stay ahead of market shifts and competitor behaviour. Met over 72% of product upgrade goals in 2020 for the practice management software.

• Created user stories, led strategy sessions and organized sprints, daily standups, and product demos to ensure effective project management and timely delivery of product releases.

• Contributed to various company documents, providing recommendations and content for the website, landing pages, product pages, privacy policy, and terms of use pages. 

• Conducted research, provided design feedback, and suggested improvements for the company's digital and print communications.
